DATA PORTAL

Reporting and Data Collection

Project participants will collect and report various metrics regarding Opioids. Users who are responsible for reporting that data will use our integrated data portal to report, view, and track their metrics. The links below contain helpful information on the data portal and reporting metrics.

The Diagnosis Codes and MAT file contains OUD- and overdose-related encounter diagnosis codes and medication lists.

Reporting Period and Timeline

Please submit your hospital’s monthly data on the following schedule:

  • Quarter 4, 2019 due February 15, 2020
  • Quarter 1, 2020 due May 15, 2020 July 1, 2020
  • Quarter 2, 2020 due August 14, 2020
  • Quarter 3, 2020 due November 16, 2020
  • Quarter 4, 2020 due February 15, 2021
  • Quarter 1, 2021 due May 15, 2021
